The vision of Texas Tech Institute, Inc. is to serve as the development arm and social service provider of consumer finance education to social services agencies, churches, and other non-profits that are not able to service the targeted populations across the State of Texas.

The mission of Texas Tech Institute, Inc. is to provide social services and assistance to First Time Homebuyer, Education, Credit Restoration, Financial Literacy and/or resources to develop affordable home ownership for first-time homebuyers and previous homeowners that are looking for a second chance.
